    Lulu,

this video actually shows the dude’s whole ‘question asking’ they were trying to rush him and trying to get him to shut up from the get go – your clip didn’t show the whole beginning.

I forgot to add the link – so the clip above actually shows the student’s ‘whole’ comment / question, although the rest of the video quality really sucks…

and the one below provides a different perspective of the confrontation post ‘comment / question, the ensuing aftermath where he’s finally, after how long?, told that he’s being charged with, get this, ‘inciting a riot!’ – now that’s a riot!!!

here’s a news clip covering the incident which reports that in the end the “inciting a riot” chage didn’t stick I guess and he was instead charged with ‘disrupting a public event” and ‘resisting arrest” – you can also actually ‘hear him being ‘tazed’ a few times in this clip.

here’s another version which shows the police trying to repeatedly cut him off during his question prefacing.

I timed it and only 30 seconds after he got on the mic, he started being interrupted by police and exactly a minute and a half in, they cut his mic and grab him – creepy!
